We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Services
Electrosoft System is an AN ISO 9001:2008 Certified online education platform that offers:
- Video-based, self-paced online courses across technology and professional domains.
- Downloadable course materials, source code, and supplementary resources.
- Certificates of completion upon successfully finishing a course.
- Coupon-based discount programs for promotional pricing.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any such modifications.
3. User Account & Registration
Purchase completion requires you to provide accurate personal information (name, email, phone). You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during purchase.
- Maintain the security of your order confirmation and personal information.
- Not share purchased course access credentials with any third party.
- Notify us immediately at support@electrosoftsystem.in of any unauthorized access.
4. Payments & Pricing
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is the price you pay.
- Coupon codes are subject to their stated validity, usage limits, and expiry dates.
- Once a purchase is completed, you receive lifetime access to that course (subject to platform availability).

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to course videos, written materials, code samples, graphics, logos, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Electrosoft System and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
- Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the course content for your own educational purposes only.
- You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, broadcast, modify, or publicly display any course content without express written consent.
- Downloading course materials for offline viewing is permitted solely for personal use on authorised devices.
- Any attempt to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Platform is strictly prohibited.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of Electrosoft System or any third party.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
- Engage in fraudulent activities, including the misuse of coupon codes or chargebacks.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or Electrosoft System staff.
- Attempt unauthorised access to any part of our systems or infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for any user found in violation of these terms.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
- Course content is for educational purposes only. Electrosoft System does not guarantee employment, certification recognition, or any specific outcome.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Electrosoft System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall survive.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably by contacting our support team first.
