1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • You have not downloaded the course completion certificate.
  • The request is your first refund request for this course.
  • The purchase was made directly through our Platform at https://courses.electrosoftsystem.in.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Refund requested after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The course completion certificate has been issued and downloaded.
  • The student has completed more than 80% of the course content (where progress tracking is available).
  • The request is determined to be fraudulent or made in bad faith (e.g., repeated refund requests across multiple courses).
  • Purchases made outside of our official Platform.
  • Refund requests arising from technical issues caused by the student's own device or internet connection.

3. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:

Your full name, email address used at purchase, Order ID (format: ES-XXXXXXXX), course name, and reason for refund (optional).

We will acknowledge your request within 24โ€“48 business hours and inform you of the outcome.

Refund processed

If approved, the refund is initiated via Razorpay to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days.

4. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved and initiated by us:

  • UPI / Net Banking: 3โ€“5 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card: 5โ€“10 business days (depending on your bank's processing time)
  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.): 1โ€“3 business days

Refund timelines may vary during bank holidays, weekends, or periods of high transaction volume. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact both your bank and our support team.

5. Purchases Made with Coupons

  • If you purchased a course using a coupon code, the refund amount will be the actual amount paid (after discount), not the original course price.
  • Coupon codes used in refunded purchases will not be reinstated or reissued.
  • If a coupon was obtained through an influencer partnership, the refund policy still applies equally โ€” there are no special restrictions or extended windows.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks are disruptive and costly for both parties.

  • If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first and the refund would have been approved under our policy, access to all purchased courses will be suspended immediately pending resolution.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of access and, where applicable, legal action.
